VLOXO want every one of our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. We provide 30 day risk free in home trail, if you are not satisfied with the products ,you can return it within trial period for full refund.

One year warranty,  VLOXO provide 1 year new replacement service for any quality issue, you can return the products for new replacement within warranty period, we will cover the shipping fee for quality issue.

Return & Exchange Policy

Non-quality Issue

If you are completely not satisfied with our products within trail period, please contact VLOXO sale to set up your return authorization.

Provide us your order number at the same time.

Once your return authorization is set up, we will email you instructions on how to send back your product.

Quality issue Return Or Exchange

If you have any quality issue within warranty period, please contact us we will set up new replacement authorization for you.

Provide us order number, issue description information, defective picture or video.

Please kindly note followings:

1. Returns must be include original packaging, use it to protect products from damage during shipment.

2. Items must include original packaging.

3. We will check and test products to ensure that it is in original condition, once inspection is completed, VLOXO will issue refund  for your original purchase price. Refunds are generally completed within 7 business days after receiving your product at our warehouse.

4. If products are not shipped back in original condition, or products that have been damaged, altered, abused or connected to incompatible voltage, refund will not be issued.

5. Return shipping fee. 

For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
For non-quality related warranty claims, we will refund the cost of the product itself.

For quality related warranty claims, VLOXO will be cover the shipping fee for return or exchange.
