Troubleshooting VLOXO Bluetooth Tattoo Stencil Printers Issues

Bluetooth tattoo stencil printer is an innovative device has revolutionized the tattoo industry by allowing artists to quickly and easily transfer designs onto the skin.  However, like any technology, bluetooth tattoo stencil printers can encounter issues that may hamper their performance. Problems 1:The error light stay on and printer stop working, printing failed in APP

Solution: Printer stop working or  printing incomplete or bad when the battery of the printer is under 40%, pls charge the printer for few hour (fully charged need around 4 hours).

Problem 2: Transfer paper crinkles or get jammed during printing

Solution: a. Update the APP (uninstall the APP and download to install it again) 

                 b. Check whether transfer paper is placed correctly. Yellow sheet on top, white sheet face down.

Problem 3 : Can't connect the APP When using the printer. 

Solution: make sure both bluetooth and WiFi are turned on and connected.

Problem 4 : Printing result is not clear after printing many times.

Solution:  a. Wipe the roller with a  cotton cloth wet by alcohol.

                  b. Charge the printer, keep battery more than 80%.

                  c. Shut down the machine for half an hour after continuous printing.

 Problem 5 : the printer keep making noise “beep”

printer cover is not tight or transfer paper is not placed well.

Solution: Printer cover is not tight or transfer paper is not placed well.Close the printer cover well and place the transfer paper correctly.
